Service Description
A La Carte Hourly Services are available for one-time projects, troubleshooting, technical assistance, account support, research, audits, strategy implementation, setup assistance, marketing support, administrative assistance, and other miscellaneous requests that fall outside of an active service agreement or package. Services are billed at $260 per hour and must be purchased in advance. The minimum purchase is one hour. Billable time begins when work on the project starts and includes, but is not limited to: • Project review and assessment • Communication via email, phone, text, video meetings, or messaging platforms • Obtaining and reviewing account access and permissions • Research and discovery • Troubleshooting and testing • Strategy recommendations • Documentation and note-taking • Setup, configuration, implementation, and project-related work • Follow-up communication related to the project Additional time beyond the initial purchase requires client approval and payment before work continues. A La Carte Services are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be provided for time already spent reviewing, researching, troubleshooting, communicating, planning, documenting, or working on a project. No prorating is offered. Once work has begun, purchased time is considered used and reserved for the project. The Shelley Experience does not guarantee specific outcomes, resolutions, rankings, approvals, platform decisions, account recoveries, third-party integrations, or technical fixes, as many factors are outside of our control. By purchasing A La Carte Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing professional time, expertise, analysis, and project support rather than a guaranteed result. The Shelley Experience reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside of our expertise, availability, or business scope.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At The Shelley Experience, we know your time and ours is valuable. Every appointment is scheduled with care so there is enough preparation, travel, and follow-up time built in. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please review our booking guidelines: Booking All services must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Please provide accurate contact details so we can send reminders or updates. Cancellations & Rescheduling Online meetings (phone or video) require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. In-person meetings require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. To cancel, contact theshelleyexperience@gmail.com or call or text (608) 509-4450. If proper notice is not given, the appointment may be marked as a late cancellation and could affect your ability to rebook. No-shows, meaning missing your appointment without any notice, will be recorded in your client file and may impact future bookings. Waitlist When a service is fully booked, you may add yourself to our waitlist. If an opening becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified in the order they signed up. Confirmation is first-come, first-served. Arrival & Timing Please arrive on time. For in-person meetings we reserve an additional hour buffer for travel and notes between appointments. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show. Our Commitment to You We respect your schedule and strive to honor every appointment as planned. In the rare event we must reschedule, we will notify you right away and work with you to find the earliest available time. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect, and a quality experience for every client. By booking with The Shelley Experience, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
